KT Women’s Health and Fitness was born out of a desire to create a safe and welcoming place for women of all different shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.
I believe all ladies should have the opportunity to work on themselves both physically and mentally, while feeling comfortable to do so.
I only ever wanted to have a maximum of 12 ladies to a class so that I could give you the attention you need and deserve, without ever feeling lost in a big group.
